In the Mystery Math Mistake series, students watch videos of Shannon solving a math problem, but there’s a catch – she’s made a mistake in the problem somewhere! It’s up to young mathematicians to find it, record it, correct it, and turn it in! Problems will range K-5, but even if the problem is “too easy” for your student, the ability to critique the reasoning of others and articulate their mathematical thinking is something that all students will benefit from.
